Hotel Piacenza - Milan

Chur, we had a cozy room with a comfy bed but the breakfast selection was pretty basic. The friendly staff were total legends, though!

Very nice hotel - especially for the price. Despite some users complaining about the costs of internet, during my visit it was for free (maybe they changed their policies).

Nice hotel, clean and confortable, the air condition is not the decoration, it really works and make you feel better if you stay in Milan in hot summerday

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The hotel is fairly clean, little and has best possible and strategic location close to fab restaurants shops public transport. The rooms are new-fashioned and soundproof with bar and air con plus a three bedroom. The staff is professional and helpful and the atmosphere is quiet. They serve fab food, have plenty of options to choose from.

Convenient location near metro and restaurants. The bathroom was quite tiny and noisy due to plumbing.

Lots of hot water, good water pressure, working adjustable heater/thermostat in room, staff spoke great English.

Smaller rooms; staff twice charged me for internet card (a total of 16 euro) when their website clearly states guests staying as long as I did would have wi-fi access for free.

Very nice homemade muffins at breakfast stole the show, paired with Espresso, made my mornings sing! The location was a gem-bars and restaurants like Trattoria de la Trebia and Meat Art just a stroll away.

My room was right by the reception, and boy, was it noisy-no privacy at all! The bathroom needed some TLC, a grimy toilet seat, broken shower doors, and I kept bumping my head. Plus, the duct-taped wallpaper was a tad ridiculous.

Frist of all, I'm from Thailand, I can speak English but not Italian and the staffs are good, they provided me almost every information. I have to travel a lot in Milan, without him I couldn't get all of my work done. Appreciated.

For me, I have only 2 problem, the space of the room. I book the twins bedroom(for 2 people) we feel like it's too small compare to the price we paid. Secondly, there is not lift, so I had a bit hard time to carry my 2 big suitcases to my room. But overall I like it.

The best was the friendly staff who all spoke good English and were very helpful with everything from finding me a garage to park my car (a guy from the garage came to the hotel and drove my car to the garage himself!) to giving me advice on how best to move around the city. And the room was very clean and comfortable.
